After the publication of the offer, the process of finding the tenant is carried out. After verifying the tenant's financial capacity, the owner makes the final decision on the rental.

Conclusion of the Rental Agreement

After choosing the tenant, the rental agreement and the handover report are drawn up together with the inventory list of the equipment of the premises. The agreement is submitted for mutual acceptance, then signed with a deadline for the transfer of the premises. During the handover of the premises its condition is verified, inventory list together with photographs for the report is drawn out, meter readings are recorded. The keys are handed over after settlement of the rent and deposit.

Rental service

After finding the tenant and transferring the premises, NOHO Management provides comprehensive rental service, including rental settlement, administrative fees, utilises and additional services. The company controls the technical condition of the premises, supervises the remedy of minor defects and the timeliness of payments.

Take over of apartment

After the lease is completed, a final report is drawn up, which forms the basis for settlement and refund of the deposit. Meter readings are settled, costs are calculated, and the deposit is refunded after deducting any outstanding amounts.

Preparing the apartment for rental

The next step is to prepare the apartment for re-rental, offering services of cleaning, defect removal and complete renovation on the basis of individual pricing.
