Tenant Selection
We conduct property viewings, verify potential tenants, and assess their profiles and financial capabilities. We cooperate with reputable agencies, corporations, and relocation companies, effectively matching property owners with suitable tenants.

Rental Finalization
After selecting the tenant, we prepare the lease agreement, handover protocol, and inventory list. We assist during the handover of the property – documenting its condition, recording meter readings, and handing over the keys after the deposit and first rent payment have been made.
